About F16.Click & Kevin Mullins

Welcome to F16.Click – a site dedicated to Photography, and perhaps a bit more.  My name is Kevin Mullins and I’m a Fujifilm X-Photographer based in Wiltshire, United Kingdom.

That’s me over there (photograph taken by the very talented Bert Stephani).  I’m actually a professional documentary wedding & social photographer, and I’ve been using the little marvels that are the Fujifilm X-Series of cameras since they were launched.

I was one of the very first people in Europe to receive the original X100 and it’s been a love affair ever since.

So, this site will evolve dramatically over the coming weeks and months.  For now, enjoy and please feel free to get in touch at any time.

I’ve put this site together as a place for me to build a resource currently dedicated to the Fujifilm X-trans cameras. It’s also a place for me to put my more personal work and technical articles.  I hope you find it useful.

Whilst I use the Fujifilm X-trans cameras a lot my views and opinions are totally independent and neither this site, or myself, are officially affiliated with Fujifim in any way.

I am pleased to be a member of Fujifilm’s select group of X Photographers.  In September 2013 I was part of the original X-Photographers meeting that took part in Tokyo.  There, I gave presentations on my use of the X-Series cameras to Press and Fujifilm staff.  Myself, Zack Arias, Bert Stephani and David Hobby also spent time with the engineers and designers giving feedback from the photography community with regards the X-Series  That’s me over there giving a presentation to the Fujifilm staff and me with four of my images on permanent display in the Fujifilm Museum, Tokyo.

In 2014 I went back to Tokyo as a guest of Fujifilm again.  This time, to speak at CP+ and again, have some Research and Development time with the team.

You can also visit my Wedding Photography site to see more of that work if you wish.
